Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee its location in Benton, AR. The Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and resource stewardship for their locations. This role is accountable for driving timely and impactful improvements to the operating environment and for delivering performance at or above expectations for service, sales, cost, safety, and quality. Key elements of this role include the ability to manage structured change as well as drive a positive culture.
Successful candidates will excel at building trust as well as a positive experience for both our customers and our team, set high expectations for self and others, is a change agent and an effective communicator, is comfortable frequently interacting with senior leaders, and shows personal resilience. The ideal candidate will also have a proven record of managing cost effectively and meeting/exceeding financial targets. This position reports to the Regional Manager.
