You will be tasked with managing the HR department with a focus on leading the organization’s recruitment and employee development efforts. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL (Pilsen neighborhood). Candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Human Resources, including, but not limited to: recruitment/talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, benefits, talent management, risk management, workers compensation and payroll administration (Paylocity).
