As a valued colleague on our FP&A Product Management team, you will help perform a series of tasks related to Cost Transparency at Fannie Mae. The Cost Transparency work is aimed at providing financial insights and clarity on specific activities and services being performed and who receives those services across the enterprise. This individual will assist with Month End Close activities including consolidation and analysis of spend by activities and services provided by each Business Organization as well as helping to create data visualizations and presentations that articulate the current financial situation. You will help perform month over month trend analysis and provide insights to Sr. leadership on expense activity as well as perform other ad hoc analysis as necessary. This individual will also collaborate closely with other Business Unit Finance departments to understand and perform variance analysis. This individual will also assist with our annual Cost Study component including soliciting information on specific services that are relative per each Business Organization.
