Corporate Real Estate Manager - North America

Summary:

Neuberger Berman is an employee-owned asset manager with US 436 billion in assets under management. Corporate Real Estate Services oversees Leasing Strategy, Facilities Management, Design & Construction, Space Planning & Relocation Management, Reception & Hospitality Services, Meeting & Event Services, Food Services, Corporate Security and Mail & Managed Print Services.
The Corporate Real Estate team is looking for a strategic manager to lead North America efforts in partnership with the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning
- Budget Development & Management including: CRE programs and projects, operations, cost savings and capital expenditures
Lead Facilities Management & Operations Oversight including:
- Vendor Management
- Critical Systems Monitoring
- Mailroom & Managed Print Services
- Corporate Security/Life Safety
- Building Management Liaison
- Preventive Maintenance/Management
- Business Continuity Partner
Lead Strategic Sustainability Management/Initiatives
Support Hospitality Programs- Reception & Meeting Services
Support Food & Beverage Oversight
Support Corporate Travel & Transportation Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of relevant industry related experience as noted above
Prior supervisory experience
Strong proficiency in excel/financial modeling/budgeting
Ability to prioritize competing initiatives while managing team members and stakeholders
Hospitality-focused, customer-driven approach

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $145,000-$175,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
