Customer Service Representative - Polish and English (Part-Time)

Our client offers a wide range of trusted products for household, healthcare, and personal hygiene needs all around the world. Their product lineup includes popular oral care essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, and mouthwash, along with lotions and other personal care items designed to help people feel clean, fresh and confident every day.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team, immerse themselves in the brand, and provide exceptional service to our customers. 

What will be your mission? 

  • Collaborating with customers to provide product information and resolve queries efficiently and professionally. 
  • Empathising with customers, analysing their issues and offering personalized solutions. 
  • Support our omnichannel service by communicating with consumers in multiple ways, such as via phone (inbound calls), email & various social media. 
  • Developing a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our client. 
  • Representing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador. 

What are we looking for?  

  • Fluent in Polish Language: You’re confident communicating in Polish, both written and spoken.  
  • English Communication: You’ll be working with an international team, so you need to be comfortable in English too! 
  • Customer Experience: A real passion for providing top-notch customer service in handling calls, including challenging ones. 
  • Excellent organizational skills: Attention to detail. 
  • Professional attitude: To have a proactive approach to resolving any type of issue. 
  • Commitment: dedication and a strong sense of teamwork. 
  • Location & Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Slovakia. 

What do we offer? 

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract: Permanent  
  • Part-time: 20 hours/week (optionally 25 hours weekly). 
  • Working days/Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 10 am- 2 pm (optionally 9 am - 2 pm). 
  • Base salary of €619 (€773,75 for 25hours/week) per month in addition to:  
  • 6,23 €/day meal voucher (124€/month). 
  • A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum). 
  • 2,5 extra days paid (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absence. 
  • Hybrid working model in an outstanding work location and facilities in our brand-new offices in Bratislava. 
  • Please note, that if you are living further away and can't commute daily, we may be able to offer a remote working option (subject to location and distance from our office). 
  • Fully paid 3 weeks (preferred office-based) training, which will provide you with the basic knowledge of your new role.
