Industrial Recruiter

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire industrial and skilled trade workers
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Match the right people with the right jobs
  • Keep it moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Proven experience recruiting experience (industrial or skilled trades is a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of skilled and unskilled labor roles (e.g., machine operators, forklift drivers, maintenance techs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and a hustle mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Passion for people and problem-solving
  • Team player with a go-getter attitude
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
