Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in El Cajon, CA!

Pay Range: $30/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore equipment to operating condition.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
Document maintenance activities and work performed in compliance with safety standards.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that tools and equipment are safely stored.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff on various tasks and projects.

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in maintenance work.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
