Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. We then custom-make beautiful, energy-efficient composite windows and professionally install them for optimal performance. Since opening our first store in Minnesota in 1995, Renewal by Andersen Corporation has rapidly grown to more than 100 markets in the U.S., becoming one of the largest replacement window companies in the country. We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time opportunity to become the Warehouse Manager in Plymouth for Renewal by Andersen. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following: 


Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

- Develop, train, and support staff to ensure completion of daily activities.

- Help installation crews load windows and doors into their trucks and trailers.

- Serve as a liaison between our Installers and Accounting team to deliver payment information.

- Check inventory of supplies.

- Unload received materials.

- Printing installer packages and prepare materials for upcoming projects.

- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve efficiency. 


Qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.

- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.

- High school diploma or greater Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

- Ability to set goals, motivate, and manage conflict.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with all levels of company staff.

- Good project management skills, including strong decision making, problem solving, and strategic planning abilities.

- In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices in the warehouse.

- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. 


Compensation and Benefits:

- $50,000-$55,000/annually plus bonus opportunity!

- Full time; Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
