The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Creative Leader to build and lead a world class internal creative team that’s responsible for designing ads that convert, at scale.

In this role, you’ll lead an internal creative team as well as agency partners to develop copy + creative assets that will be used across various verticals helping to grow the brand presence of Alpha Lion.

The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, you understand how to connect with an audience through meaningful, provocative advertising . You are skilled in creative strategy, process development / optimization and can build a system for high creative output and predictably producing new creative winners

If you’re someone who can craft compelling offers, distill the copy and visuals into a high performing ad that inspires new customers to convert and then repeat that process across numerous tests and hooks, look no further!

Responsibilities:

• Strategy, work with our growth team to establish the overall vision and strategy for the ads, relying on both research and intuition to pinpoint creative concepts and messaging.
• Analysis, deep dive into our paid ads data to see what works and what doesn’t, identifying the patterns of success to capitalize on, and the mistakes to avoid.
• Copy Writing, lead the verbal direction for the ads while keeping in mind the overall goals of the funnel, to relentlessly test new hooks and verbiage that inspires our customers to engage.
• Project Management, be the single point of accountability for delivering all ads, managing each ad like a project with all details thought out and coordinated with your team.
• Create Winning Ads, whether it’s Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok or other channels, your #1 objective is to develop ad concepts that win, as measured by both engagement and efficiency.
• Build High Volume Machine, you will help us create the processes and mechanisms to produce more creative across more funnels and then build the feedback loops to measure and test those creatives.
• Manage Team to Hit KPIs, you’ll coach each member of the creative team to create aggressive, yet achievable quarterly KPIs that create a competitive, yet collaborative culture that’s fun.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience.
• Proven track record leading and building teams of creative professionals.
• Comfortable in a 100% global remote environment,
• Learning, you have provent strategies to learn and stay up to date with what is new and exciting in the creative world.
• You have a strong background in ‘brand voice’. You learn your brands quickly and identify areas of opportunity.
• Stong analytical prowess.
• Ability to thrive in a fast moving scale up.
