How Bright Cellars Works Our members join Bright Cellars by taking a 7 question-quiz to share their taste preferences. The Bright Points learning algorithm evaluates these preferences to determine the best wine matches for each member’s taste. Each month, members receive four or six unique bottles in the mail, which they are then able to rate and provide personalized feedback on their profile. Similar to Netflix’s collaborative filtering algorithm, Bright Cellars’s algorithm uses this feedback to improve members’ monthly matches going forward.
A Little About This Role
We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our team! In this role, you will lead our Creative function, elevating our brand through strategy, the power of ideas, and the production of meaningful and relevant content that adds value to our brand, consumers and partners. There’s a lot of love and advocacy for Bright Cellars, and our greater wine category, your aim will be to to unlock this interest and passion while serving our mission and delivering on our business objectives.
As a leader, you will have the opportunity to elevate the Bright Cellars brand to an iconic status. To do so, you’ll grow our in-house creative team from strategy all the way to production and across the myriad forms and formats required in today’s media landscape. We’re looking for someone connected to the brand experience, and who is passionate about our product, wine!
The right person for this role will be adept at attracting, developing and retaining top creative talent and creative partners. This person must have a passion, capability, resourcefulness and consistently high standards to realize our vision. This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer.
