Title: Creator Agency & Special Projects Intern

Location: Remote

Role Type: Internship: 6 Months

Hours: 40 hours per week


The Creator Shopping Platform is looking to hire one intern to aid in sourcing new creators and coordinating events for our Creator Agency Partnerships team. 


This full-time (40-hour) internship will be responsible for supporting the Creator Agency Partnerships team, which is focused on bringing LTK opportunities to new creators. The role will include supporting special projects, including regional events, and liaising cross-team, including Brand Partnerships.   


A Day in the Life


  • Support agency team’s ongoing special projects
  • Develop and manage event invite list tracking via Hubspot
  • Working cross-functionally with design and marketing 
  • Assist our agency and brand teams in creator casting for collaborations
  • Develop and maintain the team’s pitch materials and resources
  • Attend team training sessions and meetings
  • Make recommendations for new opportunities
  • Demonstrate a passion for creator connections


Interns will report directly to the VP, Head of Creator Agency Partnerships team. If the candidate is an undergrad and their university supports credit hours for an internship, LTK will manage the required documents and reviews. 


Ideal Candidates & Hiring Processes


The candidate will go through two rounds of interviews with the Creator Agency Partnerships team. We will look for a candidate with leadership characteristics and a passion for creator commerce and events.  


Candidate Requirements


  • Be willing to work 40 hours per week (remote)
  • Have a GPA above 3.0 (undergraduate) 
  • Communication & Media, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or Business background, Events
  • Experience working in events or managing special projects
  • Familiarity with Social Media platforms & content creators

  • Creator/Influencer marketing
  • Social media 
  • Sourcing list creation 
  • Pitch creation 
  • CRM usage - HubSpot & NetSuite 
  • Google suite of tools
  • Business acumen

What you bring


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creator world, a sense of curiosity, and a willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. The candidate is also expected to be able to inject subjectivity into their thought process and recognize their own biases. Preferred self-starter & drive to bring in quick, fast, and minimal edit work.

  • A firm knowledge of social media channels
  • Ability to lead a project from start to finish

  • Familiarity with social media marketing & social media trends 
  • Ability to follow through & ask appropriate questions to close the loop 
  • A desire to help teammates and learn alongside fantastic people
