As we enter the next phase of company growth, we are seeking dynamic people to help lead the journey.The Demand Generation Director will own and execute our demand generation and account-based marketing strategic roadmap to drive customer acquisition, logo expansion, and revenue growth. We’re looking for someone with a blended mix of creativity and analytical skills who can bring both together to propel our growth marketing strategy forward. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented individual who can lead a high-performing team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This is a very hands-on role, both developing demand and ABM strategies while also creating, executing, and reporting on campaign tactics.What You’ll Do:Reporting to the VP of Marketing, we’re looking for an experienced leader who has a demonstratable track record of driving revenue from marketing initiatives for startup SaaS companies.Pipeline: You will grow and own top of funnel marketing metrics for acquiring new logos and expanding within existing customer logos, ensuring revenue conversion.Demand Generation: Drive demand generation efforts across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and more.Account-Based Marketing: Accelerate new logo acquisition and facility expansion with personalized marketing content and campaigns, collaborating with sales to engage and close key accounts.Campaign Management: Directly shape and optimize multi-channel campaigns aligned to key audiences at different stages of the funnel.Budget Management: Develop and manage the demand marketing budget and metrics, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum results.Customer-Obsessed: Invest in continuously learning about the customer, market, competition, and how our offerings solve their challenges over time.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with and support sales leadership on sales-led activities, helping to increase conversion rates where possible.
