Overview:

• Support AR Manager in various day to day/monthly ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
• Implement strategies to enhance AR collections / deductions processes with focus on simplicity.
• Assist AR Manager with managing the relationship with Genpact our 3rd party service provider in India who handles cash application function as well as other FI related transactional tasks.

Requirements:

• Action oriented team player
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills & experience
• Relevant knowledge of accounting, credit/accounts receivable as well as collections, deductions, etc. gained through professional experience OR university coursework
• CPG industry experience preferred
• Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) skills
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, ability to motivate staff for maximum productivity.
• Strong organizational, follow-through and decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Very strong communication skills. Ability to assist Sr. Manager and partner with key internal stakeholders, (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service), ability to communicate effectively with customers.
