Join the herd and unlock your opportunity.About the OpportunityThe Revenue Strategy and Planning Manager will be an integral member of Cribl’s Revenue Operations team and support Cribl’s fast growing sales organization. You’ll drive the annual operating plan and implement strategies/analysis to drive revenue growth.What You’ll Accomplish• Annual operating plan - Drive the annual sales planning process and deliverables, including setting targets, allocating headcount, designing equitable territories, and assigning achievable quotas.• Capacity modeling - Develop and maintain sales productivity model and metrics. Build robust capacity models for SEs, CSEs and SDRs to determine appropriate resource allocation.• Analytics - Measure and analyze the efficiency of the GTM engine, including setting pipeline targets and other leading indicators.• Ad-hoc projects - Lead cross-functional strategic projects from start-to-finish, including identifying areas of opportunity, collecting data, driving consensus across the business on solutions, and measuring impact.What You’ll Bring• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
