CRM Product Owner


As a CRM Product Owner at DLL, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the development and delivery of digital solutions which enhance our partner and customer experiences. You will have a vision for what features need to be delivered to maximize value for users. You will be responsible for defining detailed feature specifications and prioritizing the backlog. In partnership with architecture and development teams, you will design solutions that deliver value to the customer. You will be expected to understand the product’s users, the marketplace, internal DLL process, and make strategic decisions to position DLL for success in our digital transformation initiatives. You will be an integral member of an exciting team where digital solutions are transforming the way in which DLL does business. The position requires a self-driven individual with excellent communications skills (verbal and written), the ability to work well under pressure, curiosity, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Day to Day

  • Represent the business by defining feature requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring relevant teams clearly understand what is being delivered, and why.
  • Collaborate with business across countries to identify needs, dependencies, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure the timely release of features.
  • Manage and update the roadmap to set expectations for stakeholders on the delivery of new features. Make sure stakeholders are regularly updated on the status of development, roadblocks, milestones, and releases.
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
  • Participate in team ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint planning, and other Simplify@Scale/ Agile heartbeat meetings.
  • Coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) as required.
  • Work closely with the development team, providing clarifications, resolving questions, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and generate insights to drive data-informed product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Work with Architecture/Tech Lead to refine features and user stories (PBIs-Product Backlog), and design solutions that deliver value to the customer.
  • Review/Demos – provide feedback early and often to the team around development of features.

Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent team player with proven ability to influence.
  • Highly adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Able to give and receive open, honest feedback and to foster an environment of curiosity.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a CRM environment
  • Understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements. Previous experience working in the Financing Industry is a plus.

Applicable Pay Range

$127,580 - $153,096

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
