By joining our rapidly growing Risk Advisory practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. As a Managing Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, business development, leading and developing teams, and serving as a member of CrossCountry’s leadership team. This role offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.
In this role, you will provide advisory services in one or more of the following risk domains: Financial and Compliance Risk (e.g., SOX and FIDICA compliance, ESG, regulatory reporting); Technology Risk (e.g., IT controls, cybersecurity, cloud, emerging technology); Strategic and Operational Risk (e.g., privacy, data governance, third party risk), and Enterprise-Wide Risk (e.g., Internal Audit, enterprise risk management programs, and risk transformation).
For applicants located in San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $237,500- $452,500 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
