ul liLeading vibrant on-campus recruitment campaigns to attract top CS/ML students./li liEngaging with students, faculty, and university organizations to build lasting connections./li liManaging a talent pipeline with energy and precision to achieve ambitious goals./li liTraveling extensively between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to execute recruitment events and build relationships./li /ul
What you will NOT be doing
ul liSpending your days sitting in a quiet office./li liWorking a standard 9-to-5 schedule./li liRecruiting without leaving your comfort zone or engaging directly with students./li /ul
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and build a pipeline of 100 top-tier CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through vibrant on-campus engagement and dynamic relationship-building.
Candidate Requirements
ul li1+ years of college recruiting or university admissions experience with proven success in high-volume candidate engagement/li liTrack record of consistently hitting aggressive outreach and conversion goals/li liStrong portfolio of successful recruiting/marketing events/li liDemonstrated success managing complex projects with measurable targets/li liExperience using ATS/CRM systems to track candidate pipelines/li liBased in Austin, TX or willing to relocate/li liAbility to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting season (January-May, Aug-Nov)/li /ul
