Reporting to the Senior Manager of Leadership Development, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the leadership and talent development landscape at Crum & Forster (C&F).
As a Senior Leadership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, running, and improving development programs that help employees grow, build strong leadership skills, and support C&F’s overall talent development goals. We’re looking for a team player who takes action and can enhance company-wide development efforts to boost employee engagement, performance, and business success.

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $68,000.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
