About This Role:
As a Digital Infrastructure Analyst at Crusoe, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, investments, operations, and business development. This high-impact role will support the buildout and continued growth of Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure Group and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute on Crusoe’s ambitious vision for AI digital infrastructure. The Digital Infrastructure Analyst will support capacity planning, investment analysis, commercial deal structuring, transaction due diligence, operations buildout, and industry research. Ideally, this person will have previous experience with data center infrastructure, co-locations providers, and strong abilities in financial modeling.
A Day In The Life:
Develop and maintain financial models, and perform ad hoc financial analysis
Evaluate market opportunities and perform industry research and competitive analysis
Support operational scaling, resourcing, and strategic planning efforts
Assist in all phases of transaction execution, including deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and documentation
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for Crusoe’s stakeholders, including customers, investors, company management, and the Board of Directors
Support large scale capital markets and fundraising initiatives
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, real estate or infrastructure investments, or corporate development
Able to effectively work in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates that have demonstrably interacted with management or other executive-level stakeholders
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Highly curious and able to operate self-sufficiently

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of $95,000 - $110,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
