The Assistant Project Manager leads work alongside our Project Operations and Field Management to foster great client relationships, develop our employees, and oversee the safe construction of high quality, profitable, and on schedule projects.

As an Assistant Project Manager at CS Energy, you'll step into an exciting role that puts you at the forefront of renewable energy projects, particularly in solar construction. Your main objective will be to facilitate seamless collaboration between project operations and field management while ensuring client relationships flourish. With a bachelor’s degree in fields like Construction Management or Renewable Engineering and a couple of years in the construction industry under your belt, you’ll find yourself leading internal, client, and subcontractor meetings while keeping a keen eye on project timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will include financial management tasks such as project forecasting and vendor payments, all while actively promoting a positive company culture on-site. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll dive deep into contract requirements, track project production, and help in mentoring upcoming talent by training field engineers.
