ATTIVITA’:

  • Supporta, di concerto con le Direzioni Aziendali, la realizzazione dei Business Case necessari all’individuazione delle priorità strategiche da parte del Portfolio Committee;
  • Cura la fase di avvio progettuale, facilitando la definizione del perimetro dell’iniziativa e supportando il contributo da parte delle Direzioni Aziendali nell’individuazione della soluzione migliore (in termini di risultati, efficienza, compliance, sostenibilità);
  • Gestisce i programmi/progetti aziendali strategici assegnati, verificando il coinvolgimento di tutti gli stakeholders necessari, provvedendo ad individuare l’approccio metodologico più appropriato in base al contesto e alle specificità dell’iniziativa;
  • Opera proattivamente per il coordinamento dei team (aziendali ed esterni – laddove previsti) e delle risorse coinvolte nelle iniziative di competenza attraverso attività strutturate di comunicazione, reportistica e il monitoraggio continuativo di rischi e criticità;
  • Garantisce che la documentazione progettuale sia strutturata e disponibile in base alle esigenze degli stakeholders e aggiornata con continuità, verificandone gli eventuali scostamenti rispetto alle previsioni iniziali (Business Case);
  • Fornisce alle Direzioni Aziendali, tramite Business Case, gli elementi per verificare ex post che gli obiettivi progettuali siano stati raggiunti;
  • Provvede, di concerto con il Responsabile de Team, all’aggiornamento formativo in coerenza con le mansioni assegnate e il contesto organizzativo;
  • Supporta attivamente PMO nel perseguimento degli obiettivi assegnati.

 

CARATTERISTICHE:ì

  • Laurea STEM o in Economia;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Project/Program Manager;
  • Soft skills: leadership, problem solving, conflict management;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1).

  • Certificazioni di Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile…).
