Then join us!CSBio is a leading biotech company in the peptide industry, and for over 30 years has been providing pharmaceutical instrumentation to biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic researchers.We are welcoming a Content Specialist & Marketing Associate to join us at our new Mountain View site to support the Instrumentation team, located a few blocks off the N Shoreline Blvd 101 exit. CSBio's instrumentation team builds products that include peptide synthesizers, DNA synthesizers, and LC purification equipment (learn more here: https://www.csbio.com/synthesizer.html).Only local candidates will be considered. This is a hybrid onsite/remote role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Role may include a limited amount of travel (10%).ResponsibilitiesThe role consists of producing a diverse range of content (80%) and supporting the marketing/sales functions (20%). Job responsibilities include the following:• Produce content of a diverse range, examples include:• Application case studies for where and how our peptide synthesizers can be used• Summaries of notable publications in the peptide space that may include current research on peptides• Updating or writing user manuals for using our equipment• Coverage of scientific conferences or interviewing key opinion leaders within the peptide space• Insights on the latest industry news within the peptide space• Value adds of new features within our products• Produce a wide range of content across various formats, such as blog posts, social media, guides, conference content, infographics, presentations, video, sales and marketing collateral, and educational content.• Identify and craft compelling content that drives lead generation, with the ability to produce polished finished material. Continuously review and refine our content and messaging to ensure it resonates with our customers.• Simplify and deliver insights and value to our customers to inform them on products.• Provide feedback to our engineering and product teams on user and industry insights.• Support and collaborate with our marketing and sales function by working on lead generation, managing sales orders, and marketing/sales campaignsRequirements• Bachelor's (or minor degree) in Biology, Chemistry, or similar science based degree.• Able to synthesize science based publications, and distill it into engaging content for users• Significant interest in crafting content, marketing, and talking to audiences through content• Strong writing skills with high attention to detail, ability to simplify complex concepts, capture audience interest, and tell stories• Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.• Able to connect with our audience, source leads,• Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic• Able to work efficiently while handling multiple projects and maintaining high quality standardsBenefits• Full time (36 hours/week) with benefits.
