Skills

Knowledge of refrigeration theory
Understanding of control systems
Familiarity with pipe fitting
Experience with HVAC diagnostics

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance
Establish relationships with vendors and co-workers
Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance Manager for repairs
Utilize technology and tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of technical school program preferred
