Curaleaf is redefining the cannabis industry and seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to oversee general accounting operations and support financial transactions.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills
Experience with accounting software
Solid understanding of accounting concepts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting activities and assist in month-end close process
Prepare journal entries and manage account reconciliations
Assist with audit requests and compile management reports
Develop and document accounting processes to strengthen controls
Assist with continuous improvement of processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
