We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to join our Roselle, IL team. You will work closely with Customer Service and Shipping to prepare order documentation for shipment. This position will support the Customer Service Department with order and data entry, responding to customer emails, along with assisting with special projects as requested. This position will work out of our Pentair 101 S Gary Ave Roselle, IL 60172 location.

You will:

Prepare an order for shipment by printing and combining packing slip with remaining order documents
Work within multiple ERP system, such as Visual, JDE, Commerce Hub and other customer portals
Perform data entry into excel
Enter orders and quotes
Respond to customer emails
Assist with special projects as requested

Key Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in a customer service role, manufacturing customer service preferred
High school diploma/ or equivalent
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong time management skills and is reliable
Word, Excel, Outlook, JDE or other CRM system
