Customer Service Specialist- $1500 Sign On Bonus (Denver, CO area)

Location: Hybrid Schedule starting July - Working 2 days in office, 3 days working remotely

  • Start date August 7th
  • $21 hourly paid biweekly
  • $1500 sign on bonus given at 6 months of employment

A role you will love

As a Customer Service Specialist you’ll begin your career with 7 to 8 weeks of training Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time you’ll learn to navigate our systems while following a basic call script designed to engage our customers. You be given everything you need to ask the appropriate fact-find questions necessary to provide accurate information. Following training you’ll achieve work life balance with 10 paid holidays, 3 weeks of PTO, and a set M -F schedule between the hours of 5am and 5pm. Previous call center experience is preferred, but a commitment to bringing world class service is required.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Customer Focus: Confident, friendly phone skills: Clear pronunciation and ability to present information in a logical/common sense manner
  • Dependability: The ability the show up, follow though, and thrive in an environment committed to teamwork
  • Mastery of multi-tasking: Typical tasks involve account research, functions on screen, remaining engaged with the caller
  • Empathy: Some callers may have questions or concerns that are difficult to articulate, an aptitude for patience is essential
  • Communication: Ability to speak and hear on a telephone system is a requirement and essential function.
  • Experience: Previous experience in mortgage lending customer service a role preferred
  • Administration: Basic computer navigation and trouble shooting skills like Microsoft Office and Outlook Technology:

Strong ability to use technology – dual monitors, navigate multiple screens, basic trouble shooting and

Autonomy: The ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where you will need the following;10+ Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (hotspot not acceptable). A personal landline or cell phone and quiet place to work

  • Must reside in the Denver, Co Metro Area – required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) – required
  • Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operation - required
  • 6 months previous call center experience - required
