JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Solutions Specialist provides support to external and internal customers to achieve customer satisfaction. Internal customers include the regional sales teams. The focus of this position is to coordinate the order management process between Planning and Operations to increase on-time delivery. Support includes using the CRM system, Demantra Forecast, and coordination with shipping and logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepares, writes and disseminates proposals based on requirements and information provided by Sales Representatives per client specifications.

Communicate regularly with the end-user and internal customers to inform any delays in a timely basis to the customer.

Provide Oracle, SalesForce, and Demantra support to all internal customers.

Create opportunities and quotes.

Ensure tasks are up to date and forecast reflects the best estimate.

Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Meet regularly with planning, manufacturing, and logistics to help prioritize activities based on total demand in the system.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of sales, operations or management experience in wireline and perforating, at OEM or service provider.

Experience with sales of inventory-related functions.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various levels within the company and with clients in order to provide information and technical support.

Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.

Demonstrate proficiency with databases required, Oracle and Salesforce preferred.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Excellent English oral and written communication skills required. Bilingual candidates preferred.

Demonstrated professional and polite demeanor required.

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.

Knowledge of oilfield/well completion practices (drilling, completion, hydraulic fracturing and production) is a plus.

Occasional domestic/international travel may be required to support sales and operations.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be in an office setting at Owen Oil Tools manufacturing plant. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. There may be some travel involved to well sites, distribution centers and/or customer locations.
