Customer Supply Chain Analyst, PPD

Responsible for providing and creating robust analytical support for all channels of the PPD Division. Designs and maintains sales and inventory data reports to be used for fact-based selling with the sales teams. Ongoing cross-functional communication/meetings with the Customer Service, IT and as needed direct Customer collaboration. Assists all PPD Sales Managers with sales analytics, presentations and updating/publishing new items with key customers as needed (i.e., DOT Foods, US Foods, PFG).

Service Level KPIs: Collaborate with Customer Service team as needed to resolve key customer challenges related to fill rates, inventory levels, distribution expenses, and deployment accuracy.

Forecasting: Monitor PPD customer orders to compare actual vs. forecasted monthly volume. Communicate over/under forecasted volume with the Demand Planning Team and Sales Managers.

Promotional Analysis: Monitor effectiveness of Ghirardelli promotions and maintain competitive activity tracker. Oversight of key eCommerce customer content/promos as assigned.

Reporting/Analytics: Create or maintain supply chain related reports and actively communicate performance against established goals/metrics.

PPD Sales Team Support: Assist in development of customer presentations. Assist PPD Sales Manager's as the supply chain expert on key customer meetings/calls.

Inventory: Monitor stock levels in our warehouse network and communicate status with the PPD Sales Team. Develop run out plans for Discontinued SKUs/Excess/Exceptional Clearance inventory.

Supply Chain Meetings: Participate in Supply Chain and Demand/Supply Planning oriented meetings.

Ability to back up and support Supply Chain Manager as needed.
