As the Cyber Security Analyst-GRC, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the technical IT cyber security capabilities necessary for safeguarding the firm's critical information systems and business applications.

How You’ll Contribute:

Support the development and management of cyber security policies, standards, procedures, and overall governance based on the NIST Cyber Security Framework, NIST 800-53, and CIS controls.
Work closely with the IT infrastructure and compliance team to ensure key cybersecurity risks and issues are identified, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner.
Support security awareness programs.
Assist in conducting a business impact analysis for business systems and applications
Assist with the development of cyber resilience plans including incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery
Participate in Third Party Risk Management Program activities
Participate in internal and external compliance audits and security questionnaire responses.
Assist with the administration of identity governance and administration activities

Who You Are:

1 year of Cybersecurity experience
Understanding of security risk analysis
Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS, or ISO 27001
Understanding of incident response management, business continuity, and disaster recovery
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working at all levels within an organization and in a wide variety of situations

Bonus Points!

Recent experience of working in a similar capacity, preferably in a financial services organization
Proficient in the development and delivery of incident response playbooks and tabletop exercises
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
