Front End Developer (for AI Agent)

In CyberCare, we provide best in class customer care for worldwide users of Tesonet products like NordVPN, Surfshark, Saily, NordPass, NordLayer, Incogni and more.


Products’ customer base grows fast, and we have created several in-house chatbots & quality assurance tools that help us support this growth and manage loads of customer requests.


Now we are looking for a Front End developer, who will work closely with our backend team by creating engaging and user friendly web applications. Our product team creates unique AI-powered solutions from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world.


What You Will Do
  • Apply all the best front-end practices and set the project structure exactly as you want.
  • Put together the whole front-end architecture.
  • Write reliable, well-logged code by ensuring that if something breaks, the reason will be visible and understood.
  • Collaborate daily with product managers and software developers to define, develop, and deliver products.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Will be responsible for developing a messaging widget.
