We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining our backend infrastructure for AI products.
Join the CyberCare AI Labs team – we create unique AI-powered solutions like chatbots and ticket bots, as well as multilingual support systems from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world.
- Build backend infrastructure for AI products Chatbots & Ticketbot, in a Kubernetes - based environment.
- Discuss, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers.
- Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics.
- Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.
- 3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python.
- Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code.
- Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.
- Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a big plus.
- Experience with automation and integration with third-party apps.
