Job Title: Director of Business DevelopmentJob Location: Natick, MA - HYBRID (2 days min. onsite)Salary: 175k-250k DOERequirements: 7+ yrs experience in a Business Development (or similar) role + B2B Enterprise TechnologyWe create tailored customer facing technology systems to fit our clients' needs. We work solely with Enterprise clients and provide them solutions for check ins, orders, returns, etc. across a variety of industries. Due to growth, we are looking to add a Dir. of Business Development to our lean team. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CTO, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.Position Overview: The Director of Business Development will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the company's client base. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in B2B sales and experience working with enterprise clients.
