Not for Profit Audit ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Not for Profit Audit Manager to lead our audit team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of improving the lives of those we serve.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage all aspects of the audit process for our Not for Profit organization• Review and interpret financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements• Develop and implement audit strategies to identify potential risks and ensure internal controls are effective• Provide guidance and training to audit team members• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit reports and recommendationsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• CPA certification• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance• Experience in Not for Profit accounting preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lead and motivate a teamBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
