Location: Trevose, PASalary: $100K-$160K (salary depends on experience/can be higher than range posted)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multifamily architecture and be a licensed architect, capable of leading projects from concept through to completion. This position focuses on delivering exceptional architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities• Lead architectural design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project requirements and specifications.• Prepare and review architectural documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and objectives.• Supervise junior architects and provide mentorship to develop their skills and knowledge.• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and best practices to maintain high standards in architectural design.Qualifications• Licensed Architect (P.E or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily projects.• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural design and project management.• Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools.• Experience in construction management and understanding of engineering principles.• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of working in a team-oriented environment.• PMP Certification and/or LEED accreditation is a plus.• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations is preferred.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
