Position OverviewThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated territory by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically medical devices and wound care, as well as the ability to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, territory management expertise, and industry knowledge to drive market development and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare industry• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular customer engagement and providing exceptional customer service• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM system• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and build brand awarenessQualifications• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare industry• Proven track record of success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets• Strong understanding of peripheral devices and their use in medical procedures, specifically in wound care, long term care, hospice, and operating room settings• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels• Experience with territory management and market development strategies• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and attend industry events as needed• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits• Remote work with travel• Health/Dental/Vision• 401k• PTO/Vacation days/Sick daysEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
