Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer at CyberCube, your main responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to gather an in-depth understanding of our products and their documentation needs, driving documentation planning alongside product, analytics, and engineering teams, and translating complex internal designs into clear prose. To qualify for the Technical Writer position at CyberCube, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, with a Master's Degree being a plus. You'll need 2-5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, particularly with SaaS or analytics products. Familiarity with security concepts and standards, coupled with a working knowledge of RESTful API design, is crucial. Proficiency in HTML and CSS and experience with DITA or online authoring tools will also be beneficial.
