Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Acquisition:
- Achieve a minimum target placement of AED 32.000 monthly.
- Contribute to 20% of the sales target through acquisition activities.
2. Collaboration with Talent Sourcer:
- Develop and refine job profiles in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.
- Finalize the screening process of candidates pre-screened by the Talent Sourcer.
3. Candidate Management:
- Conduct live interviews and assessments.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Client Interaction:
- Maintain primary contact with clients.
- Evaluate interviews and oversee salary negotiations.
- Manage the placement process and follow-up evaluations.
5. Post-Placement Follow-Up:
- Contact the company and candidate on the start date.
- Conduct evaluations after one week, one month, and three months.
Earning Model:
Full Placement (Acquisition + Recruitment): 50% of the fee.
Supplied Sales (Own Recruitment):-10%.
Supplied Sales and Candidate:-10%.

Microsoft Teams 365:For communication.
Workable ATS Software: For applicant tracking.
Community Software:For community interaction, learning, and team growth.
