About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Content Marketer to join our Marketing team and play an integral role in supporting our Growth Marketing Strategy and GTM initiatives. This role will lead & create Dandy’s clinical content in a variety of formats including: webinar & event presentations, clinical case studies, website content and email. We’re looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of restorative and removable dental prostheses.
What You’ll Do
Lab & Clinical Content Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive lab and clinical content marketing strategy aligned with Dandy's business goals, target audiences, and brand voice.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Customer Marketing teams to execute campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Measure the performance of content and adjust strategy as needed to ensure effectiveness.
Webinar & Event Presentations:
Partner with subject matter experts, Dandy customers, and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop impactful presentations that position Dandy as a thought leader in the dental industry.
Craft compelling stories that highlight lab innovation and customer success for webinars and events.
Case Studies & Customer Content:
Work closely with Dandy customers to create and share their clinical, patient, and business success stories through various formats, including ebooks, videos, web content, and email campaigns.
Website Content:
Serve as the primary clinical and lab copywriting expert for the Dandy website, ensuring high-quality content for the home, product, feature, and editorial pages.
Email, Advertising & Direct Mail Copywriting:
Leverage clinical expertise to develop engaging content and copy for email, advertising, and direct mail campaigns, supporting Dandy’s customer acquisition and expansion efforts.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in a technical dental role with 2+ years of content marketing, copywriting or journalistic experience.
Proven track record of creating compelling content that drives engagement, education and demand.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with the ability to storytelling and generate innovative ideas.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation and optimization processes.
General knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
