Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)


As the Marketing Coordinator,  you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in promoting Dane Street to our clients in various ways.

Responsibilities:

Assist with managing marketing campaigns through Salesforce, Outreach IO, and Mailchimp.

Assist the sales team in creating content for the target audience via external articles, blog posts, and industry information.

Assist with inventory management and shipping of client gifts.

Basic experience with graphics to help develop invitations, contact sheets, and other designs.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with Google platform, including Google Drive. 
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience 
  • Experience with creating promotional media
  • Experience with CRM management preferred

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Attention to detail, administrative skills, and good communication skills.  The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines.  Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above.
