JOB SUMMARY
Dane Street is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our National Sales Team. Dane Street offers an exciting work environment, competitive compensation, and strong growth potential.
The Sales Director is responsible for growing Dane Street’s IME and Peer Review book of business with Law Firms (Workers’ Compensation and Auto Defense Firms) via new law firm acquisition and growth within our existing law firms. We are seeking a candidate with a strong network of existing relationships at the paralegal and senior partner levels, and with the ability to persuade new firms to add Dane Street to its panel of IME partners.
Individuals should possess the right balance of hunting and relationship-building skills and motivation to significantly impact Dane Street’s sales growth targets within the local market.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new product opportunities based on Law Firm client needs.
- Work hand in hand with operations in the development of new productions
- Collaborate with marketing to cross-sell new products to existing customers
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
4-year College degree (BA/BS)
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Business experience in an insurance setting is preferred.
IME or Record Retrieval sales experience is a plus
Experience working with Law Firms is a plus
