Contracts Manager

Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Contracts Manager to assist in managing the contracting process and related functions for outbound and inbound contracts.

Skills

3+ years of experience in contract management in the technology industry.
Experience in cyber security is a plus.
General understanding of SaaS business models and related contracting issues and processes.

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and draft portions of contracts such as MSAs, purchase orders, and NDAs.
Analyze issues in and prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of playbooks and legal processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient contract negotiation and execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree, J.D., or paralegal certificate is a plus.
