Data Integrations Analyst:

The Data Integrations Analyst will support data engineering and data operations with tasks within our file exchange ecosystem to deliver seamless cross platform integrations and mapping for file exchange processes. This individual will help build and support data engineering solutions, as well as support the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting the MFT platform. They will work under the direction of the Data Integration Manager and provide trouble resolution, serving as a backup point of escalation on complex MFT problems.

What you will be doing:

• Author and maintain documentation of MFT Operations and outputs as well as write technical procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams, product owners, and data analytics teams to understand data consumers' needs and implement solutions
• Maintain data extracts within an evolving file transfer environment for Marketing, Risk and Operations needs.
• Analyze business, IT and data requirements, and contribute to the design and implementation of the best possible MFT and ETL processes.
• Work with internal teams to develop and enhance MFT solutions as well as extend its components, services and infrastructure for cross platform integration
• Configure and direct complex workflows utilizing scripting, and APIs for multi-tenant file exchange services
• Maintain and troubleshoot file exchanges for core business processes as well as related service configurations and settings.
• Work with SRE and Enterprise support to monitor file transmissions and ensure environment running within SLAs
• Adhere to process governance, security and compliance across all file exchange ecosystems
• Identify root causes of data integrity issues within the MFT platform and ability to eliminate them
• Ensure security standards are always fully enabled, proper security certificate management procedures are followed, and maintain procedures for encryption of payload into and out of environment

What you should have:

• 1+ years of experience in Database development and engineering

• 1+ years of MFT (managed file transfer) experience with knowledge for FTP, SFTP and file exchange protocols
• Knowledge of MSSQL & Databricks
• Understanding of ELT and ETL and hands-on experience with SSIS
• Comfortable in an Agile Development environment that requires the ability to adapt to change and motivate others to achieve excellence in a dynamic environment and will bring exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in all aspects of SDLC
• Experience with version control software (ideally bitbucket)
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud (RDS)
• Spark, R and python experience are an asset
• Financial services experience is an asset
