Skills
5+ years in Customer Success experience
SaaS experience is a plus
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce or other CRM
Responsibilities
Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for over 25 accounts
Launch domestic and global learning initiatives to increase adoption and engagement for thousands of learners
Work with product and marketing to ensure customer feedback influences product roadmap
Demonstrate the value of DataCamp's products to ensure renewals and upsells
Passion for customer service and building relationships
