As a Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our airfreight operations run seamlessly. From coordinating cargo shipments to maintaining strong relations with customer, truckers and our airline partners, your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver excellent service to our clients.
*Responsibilities:*
* Overseeing and helping the coordination of cargo bookings and shipments
* Overseeing and helping ensuring compliance with local and international freight regulations
* Overseeing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and airline partners
* Overseeing and helping efficiently manage documentation for all shipments
* Problem-solving & escalation resolution on any issues that may arise
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, airfreight, or a related field
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of international trade and freight regulations is a plus
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Experience in managing team members.
