You will work alongside designers, animators, writers, and product managers to help elevate our brand in a massively growing industry.This is a full-time and on-site role in our NYC office.Here’s a look at some of the work our team does.The opportunity:As a Video Editor for the Video & Animation team, you will edit video testimonials, product explainers, and how-to videos, as well as social media video ads.You will:• Edit video interviews, b-roll footage, and product screen captures• Edit audio recordings, music, and sound effects• Collaborate with designers, animators, and product teams on developing videoboardsRequirements:• 2+ years of professional video editing experience• BFA in film/video or related discipline• A diverse portfolio showcasing your corporate/marketing video editing work• Familiar with industry standard editing workflows, video formats, codecs, and frame rates• Music editing and sound design skills• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Audition• Strong organizational skillsBonus points:• Motion graphics skills• Understanding of the tech industry and/or prior experience working at a tech/startup company• Basic understanding of cloud and/or SaaS technologies and ability to pick up new abstract concepts quickly
