Customer Success Operations Intern

About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Operations Intern to support our high performing team at DataSnipper. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Customer Success and Innovations Services team on projects having a big impact on understanding our customers and how best to drive adoption of our product within our userbase.

This is a summer internship out of our NYC office and we are looking for interns to join June/July through August

What you will do

• Assist the team with mapping accounting firm networks and alliances in the Americas

• Create realistic training and demo materials to teach our customers

• Support implementing a scalable contract renewal processes

• Summarizing market transactions and trends, and their impact to our portfolio

• Refine messaging across our customer journey

What you bring

• Coursework in Business Analytics, Data Science, and/or Communications

• You are analytical

• You are a self-starter and proactive

• You are a strong communicator and like engaging with people

• You have an interest in other cultures and people

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
