About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Operations Intern to support our high performing team at DataSnipper. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Customer Success and Innovations Services team on projects having a big impact on understanding our customers and how best to drive adoption of our product within our userbase.

This is a summer internship out of our NYC office and we are looking for interns to join June/July through August
What you will do
Assist the team with mapping accounting firm networks and alliances in the Americas
Create realistic training and demo materials to teach our customers
Support implementing a scalable contract renewal processes
Summarizing market transactions and trends, and their impact to our portfolio
Refine messaging across our customer journey
What you bring
Coursework in Business Analytics, Data Science, and/or Communications
You are analytical
You are a self-starter and proactive
You are a strong communicator and like engaging with people
You have an interest in other cultures and people
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
