Your Role:
Treasure Data’s mission is to “build the Intelligent Data Foundation to improve human life.” To support this mission, the Revenue Operations team’s mission is to maximize Treasure Data’s bookings and revenues in a predictable and compliant manner. The RevOps Team has two main areas of focus: We support the teams executing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to renewal, and we train and enable customers, partners, and employees.

The Deal Desk Team within RevOps is responsible for managing and executing sales transactions. As a Deal Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support in managing renewals and services specific transactions globally. You will play a key role in shaping the deal management process, and driving revenue growth, for the organization.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepare and review sales proposals, contracts, and other deal-related documents.

Ensure that proposed deals comply with business, financial, commercial and legal requirements and approval matrix.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth deal execution.

Be a trusted advisor to the sales team on pricing models, deal structuring, deal execution process and deal documentation.

Conduct research and analysis to support deal decision-making, including competitive pricing analysis, deal profitability assessment, and market trends.

Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deal transactions, including contract management and CRM data entry.

Build strong relationships with sales partners and other key stakeholders across the business.

Contribute insight to process improvement, efficiencies, and automation to Salesforce CRM and CPQ.

Participate in training programs and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the deal desk function.

Requirements:
3-5 years of work experience in deal desk management, business operations, sales, or finance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal stakeholders; willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset to identify potential issues and propose solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, and influence/drive change across the organization.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems as the job demands.

Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Salesforce, and CPQ experience is required. Contract management tools experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
San Francisco Bay Area
Hybrid: We ask employees to come into the office 3 times per week if within 30 mile commute to a Treasure Data office

Travel Requirements:
May require occasional travel (1x - 2x per year) for internal events, and meetings.
