DebtBook is seeking a Customer Success Manager to maintain positive client relationships and drive product adoption within a growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and relationship building.

Skills

Customer success experience in SaaS
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Negotiation skills and conflict resolution
Experience with CRM and CSP software
Organizational and time management skills
Passion for technology

Responsibilities

Own a book of business and retention of assigned accounts
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
Identify goals and desired outcomes with customers
Educate customers on product changes and new functionalities
Lead renewal discussions and identify revenue growth opportunities
Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans
Provide training to new and existing customers

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
