Customer Success Manager

DebtBook is seeking a Customer Success Manager to maintain positive client relationships and drive product adoption within a growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and relationship building.

Skills

  • Customer success experience in SaaS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills and conflict resolution
  • Experience with CRM and CSP software
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for technology

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of business and retention of assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Identify goals and desired outcomes with customers
  • Educate customers on product changes and new functionalities
  • Lead renewal discussions and identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans
  • Provide training to new and existing customers

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
