Our mission is to cultivate an environment where innovation thrives, and our team members are empowered to reach their full potential.About this RoleThe Marketing team is responsible for building brand awareness, generating and nurturing leads for the sales team, supporting product adoption and engagement, producing thought leadership content, and more. We’re seeking a Director of Demand Generation with a successful track record driving high-growth demand generation strategies and performance who will report to the VP of Marketing.What You’ll Do• Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives brand awareness and lead generation in alignment with business objectives• Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, etc.• Develop paid media strategies on Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, and oversee relationship with agency partner to ensure effective campaign execution• Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize and improve marketing initiatives• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps, to ensure the demand generation efforts are aligned with sales goals and product positioning• Provide strategy, execution, and logistics support before, during, and after webinars that are part of an overall demand generation plan• Continuously assess and realign strategies based on market and competitive changes and explore new channels/technologies to improve reach and conversions• Manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs• Work closely with SDR teams to monitor lead hand-off and processes and follow up on campaigns• Oversee demand generation team members ensure strategy/tactics are executed at high quality levels. Ensure the team is continuously learning and growing their skills, career potential and understanding of the market• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement• Support other marketing initiatives as needed across digital channelsWhat You Bring• 7-10 years of B2B demand generation experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable results• Experience working at B2B SaaS companies, selling into mid-market and enterprise companies• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights, and translate it into actionable changes• Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation tactics, and sales funnel optimization• Exemplary leadership skills, with the ability to effectively work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Experience managing agencies and coordinating with vendors and external industry partners• Ability to develop/edit compelling, succinct, error-free marketing materials and campaign messaging• Adaptable to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively• Positive, high-energy, team-focused attitudeTechnical Skills• Deep expertise leveraging a modern MarTech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Capterra, G2, etc.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a very fast-paced environment• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal direction and high attention to detail• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skillsPreferred Experience• You thrive in a collaborative team environment• You are a driven self-starter with creative ideas and willingness to learn• You have a desire to help our customers succeed• You are adaptable to shifting business demands, with a continuous and proactive drive for improvement and success• You have a positive, enthusiastic attitude• You have high integrity and a solid work ethic• You are able to hit goals with aggressive deadlinesWhy DebtBookProud to be named one of the “Best Places to Work” by Charlotte’s Business Journal, DebtBook is a fast-growing company where we dream big, move fast, make an impact, and bring joy to everything we do.
