主な業務内容

プロジェクト管理

  • プロジェクト計画の立案と推進: オンボーディングチームやクライアントと連携し、キックオフミーティングを実施。グローバル給与システムの展開を計画・管理。

  • スケジュールと業務範囲の調整: プロジェクトの進行状況をレビューし、変更が必要な場合は管理・調整。

クライアント対応

  • 要件収集とガイド: クライアントの給与要件を収集し、給与オンボーディングの技術的側面を分かりやすく案内。

  • お客様の窓口としての対応: 給与プロジェクト全般の連絡窓口を担当し、課題やリスクを適切に解決。

給与プロセスの実装

  • 給与要件の設定: 各クライアントの給与プロセスやデータ要件を定義・設定し、給与カレンダーを管理。

  • システム設定とテスト: インターフェースやレポートの設定を行い、初月・次月の給与処理をスムーズに実施。

コンプライアンスとデータ管理

  • 法令遵守: ローカルおよび国際税法や労働法に準拠したプロセスを確立。最新の規制変更に対応。

  • データ移行と管理: 従来システムから新システムへのデータ移行を監督し、正確性とセキュリティを確保。

ドキュメントとレポート

  • プロジェクト文書の維持: 計画書や進捗報告、プロセス文書を作成・更新。

  • レポート作成: 給与データを分析・監査・調整するためのレポート作成。

移行と変革管理

  • 移行の完了と文書化: プロジェクト完了時にクライアントと合意し、プロセスを文書化。

  • 変革管理: 従業員やHRチームがスムーズに新しいシステムに移行できるよう支援。

  • 人事、ビジネス管理、または関連分野の学士号(修士号があれば尚可)。

  • 給与システム導入の経験2年以上、海外での給与計算管理経験4年以上。

  • 日本での給与プロセスとコンプライアンスに関する知識。

  • プロジェクト管理の経験とクライアント対応能力。

  • プロジェクト管理資格(例: PMP)があれば尚可。

  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力。

  • 英語でクライアントや社内のコミュニケーションが円滑にとれる能力。

  • APAC地域に居住していること。
